Olivia Wirepa is an Auckland-based Artist that captures the beauty & joy found within nature through her illustrations. Olivia has always had a love for art & the creative process! Wirepa's artworks are highly detailed & meticulously realistic, with a unique twist - featuring human details & emotions injected into the illustrations. The intention behind all of the drawings is to invoke a sense of happiness & whimsey in the eyes of the beholder. Her sketches are produced using fine ink pens & watercolour paints.

Through her studies, her tutors assumed that she would pursue a career within the Visual Arts... Instead, Olivia found a niche within the Customs Service as a Senior Investigator within the Commercial Fraud Investigations Unit. While working & raising her family, Olivia has found that creativity is more of a need than a want in her life.
